Western Golf Properties appoints National F&B Director

Western Golf Properties has announced the appointment of Angelo La Pietra as its new National Director of Food & Beverage. La Pietra has over 25 years of experience in the restaurant industry. He formerly served as a Corporate Food & Beverage Director and Director of Training and Development for Monarch Grand Vacations.

“We are excited to welcome Angelo to the Western Golf Properties team,” Western Golf Properties CEO Bobby Heath said in a news release. “I am confident that he will provide fresh insights and innovations to our food and beverage operations”. 

As National Director of Food and Beverage, La Pietra will be engaged in all phases of restaurant and catering operations with major responsibilities including menu conception, departmental organization and training, operations analysis, inventory and costing best practices and profitability audits.

In its 30-year history, Western Golf Properties has managed, developed or provided consulting services for more than 100 private clubs in 19 states, as well as in Canada, Indonesia and Scotland.
