NBC Sports Next, a division of NBC Sports, acquired RevTechPlus, a revenue-management company that specializes in marketing services and weather analysis for golf course customers. RevTechPlus has a proprietary algorithm that looks at weather, tee-time demand, and historical data to help clients maximize their golf-course revenue. Other services offered include email marketing, social media and website hosting. RevTechPlus CEO Tom Barnhart and the rest of the team will become NBC Sports Next employees as part of the acquisition.

We’re looking forward to collaborating with their entire team to build upon a solid foundation to further strengthen existing relationships and provide additional value.”
NBC Sports Next also uses the GolfNow Plus service, which helps golf courses optimize business performance. That service will be integrated with RevTechPlus’s offering, which will enhance the entire package.
