Golf Inc. Summit 2021 special GCBAA session details

Just as with the USGA, the Golf Course Builders Association of America will present a special session during the 2021 Golf Inc. Summit. This session is titled “Realistic Scheduling for Golf Course Renovation Projects” and will feature Justin Apel, GCBAA Executive Director, as the moderator, and these panelists:

  • Jason Sloan, Director/Project Manager, FrontierGolf and GCBAA Certified Builder
  • Dave Linngren, Project Manager, Landscapes Unlimited, GCBAA Certified Builder and Certified Golf Irrigation Contractor and Charter Member
  • John Marman, VP of Sales and Marketing, West Coast Turf, GCBAA Charter Associate Member
  • Jon Truttmann, Director of Golf Irrigation, Hunter Industries, GCBAA Charter Associate Member

"Attendees will have a better understanding of the current market conditions from a builder and supplier perspective," Apel says. "This includes issues facing the market today, including labor and material shortages. Panelists will provide insight on ways to properly plan and execute a successful renovation at their course from the planning process, bidding, scheduling, and finally executing."
