ClubLife Management adds 8th property in past year

ClubLife Management, ClubCorp’s third-party management division, celebrated its first year in operation with the addition of Seminole Legacy Golf Club at Florida State University (FSU) in Tallahassee. 

ClubLife Management launche in November 2018 with the promise to leverage ClubCorp’s reciprocal club network of more than 300 clubs, supplier purchasing power and other economies of scale.

ClubLife Management’s newest client, the FSU Seminole Legacy Golf Club, is set to open in early 2020. The Club includes the Don Veller Seminole Golf Course, recently redesigned by Jack Nicklaus and Jack Nicklaus II. The Club will serve as home course to the FSU men’s and women’s golf teams, as well as cater to Club members and FSU students, faculty, staff, alumni and friends. The facility includes a restaurant, pro shop, driving range and practice putting green for members and guests.

During its first year, ClubLife Management has added eight properties to its portfolio, several consulting assignments and is in discussions with clubs in California, Florida, New Jersey, Illinois and Mexico and Central America. The new properties include:

  • PGA National Members Club in Palm Beach Gardens, FL
  • Boca Lago Country Club in Boca Raton, FL
  • Chateau Golf & Country Club in Kenner, LA
  • Crystal Lake Country Club in Crystal Lake, IL
  • Engineers Country Club in Roslyn Harbor, NY
  • Midlothian Country Club in Midlothian, IL
  • River Run Country Club in Davidson, NC
  • Seminole Legacy Golf Club at Florida State University in Tallahassee, FL
