Michael Kenny, president of Ernie Els Design, is leaving the company after eight years to form his own real estate development and consulting firm. Phil Cotton, Els' business manager, has assumed Kenny's duties in the interim.

Nike Golf has promoted Mike Francis, former general manager for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, to U.S. general manager, and named Stan Grissinger to replace Francis as EMEA general manager.

Jeffrey Petersen has been promoted to director of golf for Sun Valley Resort in Sun Valley, Idaho.

Salvador Lucena is the new general manager of the Monte Rei Golf & Country Club in Portugal's East Algarve region, and Iain McInally is the club's new director of golf.

KemperSports has named Brian Carlson general manager of the Royal Melbourne Country Club in Long Grove, Ill., Kevin Michael to be general manager of the newly opened Newport Dunes Golf Club on Mustang Island in Texas and Steve Loomis to be general manager of Chalet Hills Golf Club in Cary, Ill.

TaylorMade-adidas has named Pete Sanchez, who was president and chief operating officer of Fujikura Composites from 2001 until joining TaylorMade-adidas in April, to be the company's new chief operations officer in charge of engineering, supply chain, sourcing, procurement and all manufacturing operations.
