Southern Golf Properties, based in Bandera, Texas, reportedly earned the nod to manage the Casa Blanca Golf Course in Laredo, Texas, over a field that included national operators.

Southern Golf Properties, headed by principals John Junker and Bryan Gathright, secured a three-year contract with an option for a two-year renewal from the course's developer and owner, the Commissioners' Court of Webb County, Texas.

Southern Golf Properties, which operates four other Texas properties and is reportedly in negotiations for at least three other property management deals in the Lone Star State, is putting together proposals for renovation of the 41-year-old course with the firm of Austin-based architect Roy Bechtol, who signed on as a partner with Southern Golf in October.

In addition to Casa Blanca, Southern Golf Properties manages The Club at ConCan, The Flying L. Guest Ranch, Alsatian Golf Club and the Utopia Golf Course, all in Texas.

Dalaman Golf course fully equipped with 18 holes is still continuing. The resort is settled in a 136.5 hectare area with the sandy beaches seems like reaching to the infinity, home land of the world known Caretta Caretta turtles.
