Partnership acquires Whitetail Club & Resort

A
partnership made up of several Idaho businessmen has purchased the
18-hole Whitetail Club and Resort in McCall, Idaho.

The
sale price for the course was $2.5 million. The partnership includes
John Sabala and Alscott Real Estate LLC. The seller was San Diego
businessman Doug Manchester.

The
new owners have not yet decided on changes in operations or
additional improvements to the course.

Roger
Packard and Andy North designed the par-72, 280-acre track. Greens
fees range from $100 to $195, depending on the time of year and day
of the week.

The
course includes a 10,000-square foot clubhouse.
