Ohio club sold for $4.2 million

Water
Golf Ltd. has purchased StoneWater Golf Club in Highland Heights,
Ohio, for $4.2 million.

Cleveland
investor Steven Calabrese is a partner in Water Golf. Aberdeen LLC,
led by James Skoch, is the seller of the Hurdzan/Fry-designed,
7,045-yard private club that originally opened in 1996.

Monthly
membership dues at the club range from $325 to $395.

Jimmy
Hanlin, another investor in the course, becomes the general manager.
He also will maintain his position as director of golf operations at
the nearby Little Mountain Country Club.
