Rudy Anderson, former vice president of investments for CNL Income recently joined ClubSpecialists Intl. (CSI) as their executive vice president of global business development.
Anderson will be responsible for directing global business development activities, spearheading growth in the company’s strategic advisory work and assisting with the hospitality transaction economics and associated stakeholder issues related to work-outs and potential real estate acquisitions and dispositions. In 2006 he joined CNL and jump-started the Florida-based REIT’s efforts for investments in golf where he developed a pipeline of target assets and led the underwriting processes for the eventual acquisition of a portfolio of 54 private and daily fee golf clubs worth in the aggregate over $600 million.
He was named to Golf Inc. Most Powerful People in golf and was on the cover of the March 2008 issue under the headline, “CNL’s Big Gamble.”
