New Player course opens on Morocco coast

Gary Player journeyed to Essaouira, Morocco in mid-November to open the first of two 18-hole Player-designed courses at Golf de Mogador on Morocco’s Atlantic coast.

 

A second Player course is currently under construction and is scheduled to open in late 2010.

 

The ocean-view layout was crafted among the natural sand dunes of the region, with minimal environmental impact.
