Greece: Trophy to manage Nicklaus design

High-end boutique course and resort operator Trophy Golf & Resorts has signed with Dolphin Capital Investors to manage the planned Jack Nicklaus Signature course at the upscale residential and resort property of Kilada Hills Golf Resort in Peloponnesus, Greece.

The resort and 18-hole course are scheduled to open in 2011, marking the first Nicklaus Signature course in Greece.

The Kilada Hills project will include a GHM-operated Chedi luxury hotel, 45 signature villas, more than 250 residential units and a beach club, as well as an equestrian center, olive oil processing facility and a small retail complex.

Dolphin Capital Investors, headed by managing partner Miltos Kambouridis, is a leading residential resort investor and developer in the eastern Mediterranean.
