Gary Player to open course in Poland

Gary Player and national and local dignitaries will be on hand July 4 to officially open Modry Las Golf Club in Choszczno, Player’s only course design in Poland.

 

Although the course’s official grand opening was marked by Player’s appearance, the course has already hosted Polish PGA events.

 

The Player design brings the number of courses in Poland’s growing golf market to 18, with several others currently in construction. The Modry Las course is the first stage of the planned Modry Las Golf Resort, with 200 planned home lots scheduled to be added.
