Bulgaria: Braemar to supervise Thracian Cliffs project

Braemar
Golf, a Scotland-based management company, has been named to
supervise construction of Thracian Cliffs Golf and Spa Resort in
Bulgaria.

The
company also is expected to manage operations of the 18-hole Gary
Player-designed golf course when it opens for play in 2010.

Located
on a cliffside along Bulgaria's Northern Black Sea coast, the
resort also will include a luxury hotel, spa, residential properties
and marina.

Braemar
also has finalized deals to manage another new Bulgarian course,
Pravets Golf and Spa in Pravets, as well as Palm City Family and Golf
Resort, a new development in Denmark.
