TV Texas Management Company purchased Teravista Golf Club in Round Rock, Texas for an undisclosed amount. Fairway Advisors represented seller, NNP-Teravista, LLC, in the transaction.
Teravista Golf Club features a 7,200-yard, 18-hole course designed by Clifton, Ezell & Clifton Golf Design Group.
“Teravista attracted significant interest from a wide spectrum of potential purchasers,” said Jeff Davis, president of Fairway Advisors. “Investors recognized the club has untapped market share even though it hosts more than 44,000 annual rounds. As Round Rock and Austin continue to grow the property will capture additional players and annual members.
Teravista recently announced a new fitness-style membership program called “The Players Club.” For $49.99 a month, golfers can play up to three rounds a month, access practice facilities at their convenience and attend weekly instructional clinics. Teravista Golf Club’s state-of-the-art practice area includes multiple hitting, pitching and chipping areas. It also has Austin’s largest practice green measuring 22,000-square-feet.
