Another Big Idea

Kevin Frisch, a public relations consultant, wrote to tell us about another idea that could fit within our “25 Big Ideas for the future.”

“TGA Premier Junior Golf, who has developed the only after-school junior golf enrichment program in the country, has developed "the" model for successfully getting golf into schools and targeting the right demographic who is going to grow the game into the future. Getting golf into schools and targeting and engaging young kids and their parents has become one of the fastest growing initiatives in the industry right now.

The unique TGA franchise model, which is not being done by anyone else, is also engaging business owners to grow the game of golf while creating business ownership and job opportunities in communities.”

I think developing golf programs in schools across the country is definitely a top industry idea in the future.”
