New management, same 9-hole course

Green Golf Partners recently added another course to its list of properties it manages. Princeton Valley is a public, 9-hole course located on the Northeast side of Eau Claire, Wisconsin.

“Princeton Valley has a long history of being considered one of the finest public courses in Eau Claire, Wisconsin,” said Matt McIntee, Chief Executive Officer, Green Golf Partners. “We are honored to be a part of the property and will look to improve an already outstanding golf product through operational efficiencies, proven marketing programs and a hyper-focus on guest service and satisfaction.”

Golf Green Partners calls itself different. It claims that it’s setting out to change how golf management is done by listening to its cliental and providing them expertise in a customized plan. Green Golf Partners offers management services in six main areas: agronomy, finance and administration, food and beverage, human resources, marketing, and operations. The company says this allows its clients to get the service it needs and helps achieve long-term success for each of its courses.

“We have partnered with Green Golf Partners, one of the country’s leading golf course management and development companies, to assist us in continuing the highest levels of quality and service,” owner Neil Haselwander said.  “As one of the best kept courses in the Valley, we’ve chosen to work with someone who shares our vision and welcome all to visit soon.”

Princeton Valley is now one of six golf courses in Wisconsin. Green Golf Partners is a division of Troon and it also manages golf courses in Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Minnesota and Florida.

Golf Green Partners was acquired by Troon in April 2019 and recently Troon opened an office in Chicago to support its growing collection of clubs in the Midwest region.
