Integrity adds first course in Kentucky

Orlando, Fla.-based Integrity Golf Company has taken over operations at Crooked Creek Golf Course in London, Ky. This brings the company’s portfolio to 33 golf facilities under management in six states.

The long-term lease agreement, effective July 1, marks Integrity Golf’s first course in Kentucky. The 18-hole, par-72 course measures 7,007 yards from the back tees and features bentgrass tees and greens.

Located in southeastern Kentucky, Crooked Creek was turned into a public golf course a few years ago. After the existing ownership purchased Crooked Creek in 2007, an estimated $8 million was invested in significant golf course improvements, including a new irrigation system, white sand bunkers and major drainage and landscape work. A restaurant, fitness center and training facility were also added, according to a news release.

Integrity Golf is one of the top 25 largest management companies in the world, coming in at No. 18 in Golf Inc. Magazine’s 2015 ranking. With the addition of Crooked Creek Golf Course, Integrity Golf now manages 36.5 18-hole courses at 33 private, daily fee, resort and municipal facilities in six states including Florida, Tennessee, New York, Kentucky, South Carolina and North Carolina.
