Golf Inc.’s annual Development of the Year contest is now accepting entries. The competition is for new golf courses developed between Jan. 1, 2011 and Aug. 31, 2012. Entry forms are due Wednesday, November 21, and Golf Inc. will announce the winners in early December.
The Development of the Year contest honors the best new golf developments throughout the world. The facilities chosen for this award will distinguish themselves through their ability to achieve the developer’s mission, the routing, course aesthetics and other project amenities.
Golf Inc.’s annual Clubhouse of the Year competition is also open to submissions of new and renovated golf clubhouses that opened between Jan. 1, 2011 and Dec. 1, 2012. The contests are free to enter, and those who are eligible can submit entries in either or both competitions.
