An experienced executive with Troon Golf, KemperSports and Coolwell, Inc., Carter returned to Troon earlier this year to run the Indian Wells Golf Resort. During his prior tour of duty with Troon, Carter managed four of Troon’s flagship properties, including Monarch Beach Golf Links in California, Turnberry in Scotland, The Club at Savannah Harbor in Georgia and Whirlwind Golf Club at Wild Horse Pass in Arizona.

Barona Creek Golf Club
A third generation superintendent with nearly 40 years in the turf industry, Clark is a nationally recognized leader in environmentally sensitive golf course maintenance practices, with back-to-back Environmental Leader in Golf awards in the resort category in 2003 and 2004. He is a former president of the San Diego Chapter of the Golf Course Superintendents Association and board member of the California GCSA.

We-Ko-Pa Golf Club
Phoenix native Crawford has been with the highly successful We-Ko-Pa facility since its opening in 2001. In addition to leadership roles with several other prominent Phoenix-area courses, he served as a PGA Tour representative for PING for 10 years. At We-Ko-Pa, Crawford oversees sales, marketing, operations and guest services for We-Ko-Pa’s two 18-hole courses.
 Todd Eckenrode

Todd Eckenrode - Origins Golf Design
A dedicated follower of classic course designers, Eckenrode has participated in renovation or restoration projects at courses designed by Alister MacKenzie, Max Behr, Willie Watson and Robert Trent Jones. He was the principal designer for GRBDI at award-winning Barona Creek Golf Club originally, and completed renovations there as well on his own in 2005 and 2008. He is currently working on new oceanfront designs in Mexico, California and Hawaii in addition to many projects focused on reducing water use and improving the environment.

Troon Golf
Enders is based out of the company’s corporate headquarters in Scottsdale, Arizona. In his position, he helps lead the management, development and implementation of strategic marketing plans and programs, primarily focusing on premier courses in Arizona, California, Texas and Florida. Enders works closely with corporate and facility leadership to execute various sales, marketing and communication initiatives.

Green oversees corporate affairs and provides direct operational leadership for the courses managed by the company. Under his direction, OB Sports has become recognized as one of the nation's most successful golf management companies with a current portfolio of 18 courses throughout the U.S. and Mexico.

Harvey Mills Design
An accomplished irrigation designer and landscape architect, Harvey founded Harvey Mills Design with partner Marvin Mills in 1998. He has provided irrigation design and consulting services to over 150 domestic and international golf course projects, including Bel-Air Country Club and Riviera Country Club.

Prior to forming Signature Golf, Lucker served as COO for the World Golf Hall of Fame and World Golf Village, as president of Sun International Sports and Entertainment, executive vice president of Madison Square Garden and senior marketing strategist to the PGA Tour.
 Bill O'Brien

O’Brien has enjoyed a distinguished career as an executive in both the golf and hospitality industries, primarily with Troon Golf and Starwood Hotels & Resorts. His management stops have included The Arizona Biltmore, Troon North Golf Club, Westin Resorts in Savannah, Ga., and Mission Hills in Rancho Mirage, and his current position with Troon Golf at Maderas Golf Club in Poway, Calif., a facility that is consistently ranked at or near the top of San Diego County’s premier golf courses.
