Bogue, a former Golf Inc. Most Admired Operator and selected as General Manager of the Year by Vegas Golfer magazine, oversees three Las Vegas area clubs for OB Sports. Prior to moving to Las Vegas to head Angel Park in 2003, Bogue served as general manager at Ocotillo Golf Club in Chandler, Ariz., for 17 years.

Keilholtz directs marketing and sales efforts for BlueStar, which manages all Shea Homes golf properties as well as other properties on a third party management basis. He helped lead the company’s golf courses and restaurants to double-digit growth in each of his first three years with the company. Prior to BlueStar, Keilholtz headed public relations operations for Intrawest’s Leisure & Travel Group.

O’Neal spent most of his earlier life as a farmer, but when he decided to become a golf club developer, he started near the top. His Ballyneal Golf and Hunt Club in Holyoke, Colo., designed by Tom Doak, opened in June 2006 and was rated almost immediately by one publication as the 46th best in America and 83rd best in the world. The course, which is walking-only, was recently rated the 8th best in the U.S. by GolfWeek magazine. A very hands-on manager, O’Neal personally interviews every prospective Ballyneal member.

Prior to joining OB Sports, he was sales and marketing manager for Troon Golf.

Heidi specializes in private club membership programming, possesses a diverse background and experience in the club industry, including residential golf course development, revitalization of established clubs and an intense concentration in new private club development. Bauer Voss Consulting has worked with over 60 clubs nationally and internationally, over 30 have been from pre-construction to opening.
