Prior to joining ClubCorp, Eric served as a principal of KSL Capital Partners, the private equity firm that purchased ClubCorp in 2006. Affeldt also previously served as president and CEO of KSL’s former golf division, KSL Fairways; vice president and general manager of Doral Golf Resort and Spa in Miami and the combined PGA West and La Quinta Resort and Club in California; and was a founding partner of KSL Recreation.

Patrick A. Corso

Corso is a Founder and Managing Partner of National Resort & Club Management Group. He was President of Pinehurst, Inc., from 1987 through January of 2004. During his tenure, he oversaw the restoration of Pinehurst and its return to prominence as one of the premier golf resort destinations in the world. The resort hosted several major national golf championships, including the 1999 and the 2005 US Opens. In the last 10 years of his tenure with ClubCorp, Corso served as Executive Vice President of Resort Operations and later President of The Pinehurst Company.

Under Hill’s leadership, BCG has become the 2nd largest domestic golf course owner-operator. Hill directs BCG’s considerable investment in infrastructure resources to support 5,000 staff members and more than 1 million guests playing in excess of 4 million rounds of golf annually.

Schauerman has over 30 years of leadership and management experience in a variety of diverse business disciplines. He was appointed to the position of Senior Vice President of National City Golf in May of 2001 and has led the rapid development of the Golf business since that time. National City was acquired by PNC Financial in December 2008 and currently PNC Equipment Finance is on of the top companies addressing equipment acquisition capital for the golf market. National City Golf concentrates on golf car, turf equipment and related product transactions for all segments of the golf industry. The customer base includes public and private golf courses, golf course management companies and equipment manufactures and distributors.
